I like how the Aglianico cuts down on the acidity of the samgiovese.
Chalky, jammy dark fruit on the nose.
Chocolate, grapey.
Pleasant tannin structure, lingering. Bridging the gap between chalky and grippy. Strong draw with chocolate retro.
