Watermelon on the nose. Needed a little bit of opening up. We poured it through an aerator and that did the trick.

Nice Rose! I didn't try too hard, but didn't get much specificity on the fruit, I'd go stone fruits I guess. Good minerality and great acidic backbone. Pairs well with sushi!
