A really awesome display of Sotolon, with more curry and cashew notes than bruised fruit, oxidative notes. Raging high acidity and many years still ahead of it.

2008. A tasty Jura white that tastes like lip smacking Fino Sherry. Big pimpin

Nose of golden delicious apple skin, lime zest and a hint of oxidation. Lemon-lime, hazelnut, musk. Acid attack at the back of the side palate with secondary oak notes and a hint of vanilla and orchid. Enjoying it with a bit of Gouda and sea salt crackers. I freakin love Jura!

Lifted aromatics - white flower, crushed apple, and granite. Medium weight. Vibrant acidity with dried apple and minerality carrying a lingering finish.

2014 does it again, massive mineral potential, brilliant acidity, exquisite balance, equal of any Pico/Piuze/De Moor.
