Antico Locorotondo White Blend

Super crisp. Just on the edge of too much acidity. Once it's warmer I think some nice floral aromatics will get more in the foreground.

Floral aromatics with some flintiness--like verdejo meets Riesling. Something slightly oxidative hint on the end. Crisp lean and refreshing.

Dedalus Thirst club June 2020. Sweet start unripe fruit finish. A bit of spice.

Starts sweet, finishes sour. A not quite ripe green apple.

Light, crisp and fresh. Tastes at the vineyard

I can chug this. Never said I was classy. It is this drinkable. On a hot night it's perfect.

Soft texture, lemon, ripe stone fruit, nice weight to it, not terribly structured. Could work with pasta salads, squid, or white fleshed fish in a cream sauce.

Very easy drinking white. Too easy some might say!
