Herbal notes, crisp, lightly acidic, just a hint of oak(?)

Forgettably drinkable. No oak but a full flavoured mouthful.

Veey lemony/herby and totally different to my usual tipple, but very crisp and pleasant. Great with fish.

Good stuff, great price. Former somm of the year spent his winnings on a wine making project. The result; not surprisingly, very somm friendly wines. Like this verdejo with great balance and varietal typicity. Full bodied with fresh acid. Lemon-thyme and crushed walnuts. The palate gets pretty tropical and finishes clean.
