Very much digging the 2022 vintage, which I heard is the last. Lemons and crushed shells, with a sweet citrus finish.

I’m told this is the last vintage of this wine as the vines will be torn up and replaced with Pinot Noir.

I hope the cost of land doesn’t kill experimentation and creativity in California. It’s wines like these that reveal special things.

Fan of oysters. Fan of this wine. Simple at its core. Mineral and citric. Good in a simple way.

Light bodied. Crisp. Delicate. Briny. Incredibly mineral. The label says it all. For your next picnic.
