Damn, this was always my favorite vintage and this was my last bottle hadn’t had one in at least 5 years maybe 10. Had to pop it for my youngest’s 21st. It was amazing a little dusky at first but some wonderful fruit subtle tannin the nose kept opening up more and more from wild roses, a little white pepper, cherry and graphite. Great color, such a well made wine. Still has plenty of life left but I’d enjoy it now

A really exquisite and mature Pinot. It was nice to enjoy the more complex and layered version of Pinot that isn't so young.
