Riserva Montepulciano d'Abruzzo

A little too soft and unstructured for my palate

Apple, wood, plum nose. Nice fruit, little cherry, light on the tongue. 6 years old but this one could age nicely. I liked it.

N: balsamic and baked fruit.
P: full bodied and nice tannins. Solid wine throughout vintages!

Went surprisingly well with vegetarian chile.

Last supper

Fruity & weighty. Perfect with Pat’s lasagna ($19). May need more age. Enjoyed with pork tenderloin medallions

Overall a light somewhat bland red. sweet raspberry nose. Spice, cherry and oak

Very pleasant Montepulciano

Big red fruits and moderate tannins.
