Santa Ynez Valley Cabernet Sauvignon Blend
Pulled this out of the Eurocave set at 60 degrees. Big nose, black currant, cherry, anise. Medium body. Still somewhat tannic given 2010 vintage for blended wine. Not expensive. Can't go wrong.

Mar 27th, 2022Anyone who said to drink by 2016 was missing out. Great structure, bright fruit. Not giant levels of depth, but still singing.

May 7th, 2018Light smell. Did not get the petit Verdot influence nose that I expected. Dark cherry on nose. Velvety finish. Good strong cab finish. This is a very good wine.
