This 2016 Moscato is part of the new 'River to Vine' @deakinestate labels which celebrate the mighty Murray River in Victoria. The Murray River is one of the world's π longest navigable rivers, stretching 2,500kms! Deakin Estate are family owned and this new label pays homage to the Murray and its role in helping create wonderful fruit to make the Deakin wines.
This Moscato is a pale lemon on the eye with a slight effervescent fizz to it. The nose is full of candies and sweet floral perfume while on the palate it tastes of moreish sweet tropical fruit juice. It's light and fruity at 7%.
