Tinto Roble Ribera del Duero Tempranillo

Delicious Tempranillo, not overly dry. Purple dark berries. Paired with asparagus and seafood paella.

Easy to drink yet very full bodied, good wine for a good price

Very dry w strong tannins. Acidity was low but so was sugar

Goes well with cheese

Madera. Frutos negros. Tabaco.

Pretty good, decant if possible. Soft white pepper and smoked meat nose. Rich, juicy, black cherry and black berry fruit. Medium, semi dry , black pepper and mocha finish. Fun food wine

Delicious expression of Ribera Del Duero

In Puerto Rico - yeah!! - medium bodied red- very dry, on the palate dried red fruit, a little Cherry, hint of coffee on the finish. Consistent throughout the bottle. Tim grilled steak & vegetables by the pool while being serenaded by the coqui frogs. Grilled pineapple for dessert. Lovely evening!! (Not a sipping wine- great with red meat!)

Okay I'm I Spain for the first time and know nothing about their wines, but boy if this Tinto Roble is any indication, this trip is going to be a blast! Exquisite flavour that stays on the palette and continues to impress.
