Cygnus Sicilia Nero d'Avola Cabernet Sauvignon

Caramel and fennel. Some salt on the finish. I really like it.

Upgrade on day three! Much improved. Tobacco, sun dried tomatoes, sun drenched and grainy. Nice!

Smells of mulberries with initial salvo of intense strawberries. Long, evolving finish that silks away with some tabacco and maybe even a fat green olive, some black pepper on the pallett. In this 7-year old vintage, tannins have all mellowed.

Very nice. Spicy, peppery beginning, but smooth, full finish. Bought in Scily, in airport (Palermo).

Black fruit, juicy, smooth but finish is a bit tart.

Smooth as Silk.

Red & black fruit, fennel, baking spice, big, round, smooth. Delicious!
