Light aroma of lime, chrysanthemums, peach. Tiny bit of grassy, which did not really bother me. Palate is round and slightly waxy, sporting mouth watering acidity with a spicy undertone.

Don’t drink Pinot Gris often, let alone an aged one, so this 9-year old is a good experience.
