Liquid eucalyptus, herbs like sage and tarragon. Dark, dark plummy and blackberry fruit in the background. An almost rhone-like whiff of flowers and tapenade. Bigger and more woody than the other Etna Rossos I've had. Clearly made for the long haul. A monster tannic baby that needs years to start showing what it will be. Feels like it's missing that vibrating energy of an acidic finish, but that may just come back around with time. Hold if you have any.
