Montchenot Vino Fino Tinto

Crazy brick brown color. Potpourri crushed flowers and fine soil. Figgy fruit and mineral strong. A stunner and reminiscent of southern Italy. Totally unique.

Loved this so much

Pretty light terracotta . Soft and warm dried fruits , spice and touch of coffee . On the palate dried red fruits , nicely judged acidity with soft tannins , velvety mouth feel and spice filled finish , reasonable length . Sunny and enticing. Unique and very pleasurable .

Raisin, leather. Rounded edges. Flourished with Chile braised short ribs. Aged beautifully and ready to drink from a perfect bottle.

Theese and first class wines

Rojo amarronado por los 15 años de aportes del tonel. Engañosamente suave a la nariz con acentos a madera y ligero corcho sobre el susve fondo de frutas rojas y negras. Fuerte madera frutada pero aterciopelada. Largo en boca.
Interesante vino bandera de una antigua bodega maipuña. A pesar de sus 15 años en roble se degusta un vino ligero pero complejo.

This was so delicious. Almost a brown brick color. Tannins were still present but had softened considerably. Really well balanced acidity and alcohol. Black fruit. Plumb. Chocolate and tobacco.

This was very tasty. The tannins were very soft now. The color getting brownish but the purple still very much present. On the nose, a bit of tobacco. On the palate, mostly plum and a bit of spice.

Lots of plum. Not quite a match for my palate.
