Sous-bois, mushroom, ground spices. Very stylish, but shy. Bet it's better in 3-4 years.

This is a fantastic wine. Drunk either with or without food.

Really bright and tart. Let it sit for a bit and it begins to yield but a little too tart for me.

Really nice Pinot noir. Used it in marinade for beef stew and may have been a little tart for that but still turned out delicious.

Had their Pinot just about two years ago (2009 vintage?) and loved it. I enjoyed this one just as much: Garnet, purple color - medium body - medium /medium acidity. Barnyard on the nose upon opening. Sour/tart cherries reveal with time. On the palate there''s immediate acidity and tartness. Unripened blackberries and green strawberries with some earth. The acidity washed away on the finish. Gentle tannins. Really lovely wine and versatile. I''ll look for it again. Recommended!
