Soft & strong

Dark and deep red colour. Quite porty and rich. Probably more suited to a very cold winter evening. Still, smooth and soft.

Friends brought this over the other night. We paired it with pizza and it was great. Definitely let it breathe for a bit before serving. Lots of deep berry flavors, leaning heavily toward blackberry. Definitely would be great with red sauce pasta dishes.
