2018. Toujours aussi bon. Peut-être légèrenent moins en fruit. Mais le côté bio assure une bonne digestibilité. À répéter.

Oct 12th, 20202016. Aussi bon que dans mes souvenirs. Biaisée par le fait que mon système digestif tolère bien ce vin, mieux que n'importe quel autre. Serait-ce dû à la culture agro-biologique, qui s'ajoute à l'essentiel taux résiduel de sucre en deçà de 2g/L (1.4g/L pour être exact)? Qui sait, mais il est impératif d'en faire des réserves! Léger avec un goût de fruit du genre melon de miel.

Wow. Cheap Xarel-lo of 2012 is still alive and very pleasant on the nose. Ice-cream, sunflower seeds, pineapple, overripe peach, chalk, steel, good acidity, medium body, medium + alcohol, bitter taste and aftertaste,. Rich in aromas but very obvious, miserable and obvious in taste, medium-bitter aftertaste. Charello - has in itself something from noble Riesling and something from ultra-popular Chardonnay. Past it's peak little beat but still interesting and drinkable! Producer worth to be discovered!
