Cooler coombsville can yield unique notes in Napa cab sauv such as Mexican coffee and mole chocolate.

Currant, black cherry. Maybe some pepper and chocolate. Pretty dense and concentrated on the palate. Lots of currant, plum, and black cherry. Med- acidity and med+ smooth tannins. Good fruit without being over oaked.

2009, hint of cedar with dark black cherry flavor. Still youthful with several more years ahead, but why wait?

Excellent bold fruit taste. Enjoying it with meatballs, polenta and a green salad.

The nose is to die for--old Napa style. Unfortunately on the palate the body and tannins fall flat. Builds you up only to let you down.
