It is Friday and I am having another Pinot from Chile. The 2015 Garces Silva Winery Boya Pinot Noir.

The nose on this is very exciting with notes of strawberry, red raspberry, sweet cherry, ripe tomato, creme soda and rose petals. Such a wonderful inviting aroma that is making my mouth water.

The palate give up notes of tart strawberry, tart cherry, rhubarb, green tea, green tomato, mushroom and bit of soil on the backend.

A medium bodied wine with medium acidity, medium smooth tannin that is clean and balances throughout.

A nice Pinot for the price but just doesn't live up to its aromas. Have a great enjoyable weekend and be safe please. Nostrovia!🍷🍷🍷

Spicy and bold. With a light chill works perfectly with Texan BBQ!

What an interesting pinot!
Beautiful pale ruby color.
Medium+ intensity aromas with primary aromas of red cherry, raspberry, red currant and incredible secondary aromas of burnt cedar, smoke, campfire.
Dry with medium acidity, medium- tannins, medium- body, and a long finish.
Medium+ flavor intensity with primary flavors of roasted cherries and raspberries, and secondary flavors of toast, smoke, cigar box. With a medium finish.
Balance could be better, but there's wonderful complexity and intensity.
This is a good wine, ready to drink now but I'd love to taste how it develops with age.

Tried this from Grand Cata. Was happily surprised since I don’t normally like Sauvignon blanc.

Easy to drink with a nice amount of vegetation in the background.

Medium purple; sour fruit, and beef jerky on smell, some oak; funky smokiness, a bit weird, with more beef jerky and sour cherry on taste; med to high acidity; short to med finish.

Very soft and acidic Pinot. I like it a lot. Earth driven with pronounced stone fruit and sour cherry.
