Eitelsbacher Karthauserhofberg auslese long gold capsule 2004, VDP auction. With peppers stuffed 3 ways: trout mousse, foie gras, and Gorgonzola. A match for all three. The wine had enough botrytis to be beerenauslase--light and deep at the same time like the food. Great job in the kitchen, Gary!
