‘11 vintage is amazing. Drink now. Juicy, moderately tannic, but refreshing and minerally. M

Both 11 and 18 vintages were soft. The ‘11 is drinking beautifully right now and was my favorite of the lineup.

They made a point of sharing an ‘11. That it was good. Mtn fruit faired much better than valley floor that vintage.

Still young. Three hours in a decanter and it really started shining. Red fruit, wet gravel, tart acidity, smooth yet very present tannins. Great wine from great people.

2 hour decant. I really like Marston wines. This still was young but continued to evolve in glass. While there is beautiful fruit here, there's also a minerality to this wine that I really like (usually when I hear minerality used to describe a wine I avoid - but it's subtle here). Had this after Greer - a tough act to follow - but I thoroughly enjoyed this and am glad we have some more to try again soon.
