Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting but this was the strongest of the three. Brash. Yaegaki Mu Junmai Daiginjo Black Label has a bit more alcohol than the blue. — 3 months ago
Barest hints of soft wintergreen, light eucalyptus, and menthol. Very clean and polished. — 3 years ago
Not the one but not bad. Definitely drinkable — 12 years ago
Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting but of the three they were pouring this might have been the best. Lighter though. — 3 months ago
Smooth. Could be a bit drier/crisper. — 7 months ago
Our daughter and son-inlaw treated us to dinner at a great sushi place the other night and ordered a bottle of Yaegaki Nigori Sake. You can't really use grape wine words to describe it. I'll just say it's mellow smoothness and higher alcohol content made this a delightful complement to our sushi dinner. — 11 years ago

Delectable is giving two of the bottles from this producer the sane name. I think this is just Junmai and the black is Daijingo. Sake World 2024 Had to judge given it’s the same glass throughout the tasting but this is the lightest and probably the sharpest. I hate to say acidic since these glasses mess you up but it was the least favorite. — 3 months ago
