Retooling my @La Paulée vocab to replace excess with abundance. Amazing wine in abundance, epic generosity in abundance. This an shining example of both. Thank you @Austin Ferrari for sharing 😘 — 9 years ago
This is consistently matter the year that I’ve had, the best single vocab frog that I found. The 2013 Paleo was no exception. Silky smooth with some underlying earthtones and some dark fruit. Tannic features of this wine still present, and should cellar for another decade or more. — 5 years ago
Love Texier. Roussanne I first had a few years ago as a kind of alt Chardonnay. I'm gonna call this lush ripe peaches balanced by mineral and considerable acidity. Maybe some vanilla or something in there too.. maybe that's a little oak? (I have the wine vocab of a 6 month old. Edit: gaga googoo texier.) — 12 years ago
My wine vocab is real limited. All I can say is, this is the smooooooothest I had tasted so far. Wine is to be enjoyed with friends. Tonight was such a night. Love. — 9 years ago
