Apparently this is one of the 101 wines to drink you before you die! Cinsault grape, they looked for vines over 50years in age, bit of tart cherry, well rounded, hasn't revealed itself but am excited to crack on! — 7 years ago
2023 vintage. Absolutely beautiful, classy, rich Chard. Honeysuckle, pear, peaches with slight minerality, this is a superb powerful balanced white. — 6 months ago
Haven't tried a wine from Lebanon in a while. Wonderful aroma of dark red and black fruits. Tobacco. Cedar. Sour plum. Pretty cool 😎.
This 2020 is aging pretty well. Could go longer but drinking well now, a bit unctuous. Thick. Not a super structured or complex palette but it holds it's own with any Mediterranean lamb dish that you would pair it with. Very similar to Napa cabs but with a bit less finesse but with more interesting aromatics. — 9 months ago
Earthy, terroir nose. Opened nicely. Palette- enjoyable , long finish, medium tannins . After one hour, improved, earthiness is a nice change from Napa cabs. — 4 years ago

After 10 years in the bottle, a decidedly savory second wine from this storied Second Growth château. Meaty, almost Northern Rhône character after uncorking. After a day in wine fridge the charcuterie notes ease a bit, blackberry, stewed cassis start to edge forward, classic #pauillac graphite and mineral notes that carry through on palate. Lovely tension on the palate and persistent fine tannins through the finish. — 6 months ago
