Served with an English Pea "gnudi" (see the Vespertine summer menu for more info). On the nose: lovely grass and gooseberry, sweet pea (brought out by the pairing), grapefruit. On the palate, fantastic acidity, gooseberry, tarragon, sweet apple, yuzu, kumquat and a lovely tangy finish. — 6 years ago
