Those buried mud amphorae sure do wonders! Varietal: Vermell grapes from Catalan. — 17 days ago
Organic hand-picked fruit, Xarel·lo, Xarel·lo Vermell, Malvasía de Sitges, Macabeo, aged 4 months on lees. 12.5% ABV
Brisk refreshing acidity really wakes one up, green apple, yellow grapefruit with pith, gravel/cement.
Good pick, Would of enjoyed a lil more lees, to buffer the acidity and round the wine a bit more.

Honey dew melon all day with a bit of the funk of a natty but just enough without it being overwhelming. Very drinkable. — 3 months ago
Obscure little DO in far corner of Spain: showed nicely w/most terroir driven profile I’ve had in a while. Cerebral nose of funky Earthy mushrooms, balsamic, prunes & other black fruits, medicinal... continuously evolving in glass. Inky opaque, integrated tannins, delicious — 5 months ago
Good. Would drink again — a year ago
