Delicious Shiraz from Barossa. Smooth with a long finish. Powerful fruit and elegant structure. Love the notes of cassis. So far this is the best of my AUS 23 in-country tasting tour. — 2 years ago

There is mineral and grass when you smell this before tasting, but there is none when you take a sip. It has a light floral fruity note - think pears. Light and clean finish (not crisp - acidic). An excellent choice for pasta and salmon (tried and true). Great for someone who loves an airy, ethereal summer night wine. — 10 years ago
