This wine is a really good value for cabernet sauvignon. Washington wines are generally good value — I like the syrahs — but this cab impressed as well. There was a great fruit bouquet, and not many tannins. I let it get a little too much air on the second day, but the first day was perfect. Parker likes it, 96 pts. $65 — 9 months ago

Great blend of Red Mountain grapes by Chris Upchurch and he Delille crew. The 2009 AIX is smooth and delicious Because this is a Syrah-Cab-Mouvadre blend, there’s deep raspberry, anise, espresso and slight oak flavors. Great wine with a beef dinner. — 6 years ago

Big fan of this. A blend of 4 Red Mountain vineyards Klispun, Upchurch, Grand Ciel, and Ciel du Cheval. Pretty much 1/4 each. Moderate fruit with a nice nutty inkiness. Already smooth. — 6 years ago
