Been on a natural wine, spontaneous fermentation, and extended skin contact kick. Love it all.
Ginger, ginger, ginger. Root beer, hoppy like a sour, cinnamon, and orange zest.
Straight up orange/grapefruit soda like alcoholic spindrift. Cloudy, musky. Nice, fine bubbles. Peaches 🍑
Drank it dirty, which was pleasurable.

A feast of perfect amber teetering between translucence and opacity, well built like a manor whose dissolution laces with cobwebs, diagonally climbing vines and lichen. Spartan tastes of pineapple, lime, clementine and apricot appear as disembodied as faint memories and spirits swept like spindrift into blue skies above brine. Lime pith and lemon oils stir in grapefruit eddies. Just a glimpse of bitter lime and guava sail the far horizon. — 5 years ago
Not too buttery. Light oak. — 2 years ago
Beautiful apple cider color.
Straight up mangoes. Pineapples. An effervescence in the nose that cannot be pinpointed. Almost like the spindrift of a cresting wave colored sweet with bee pollen and honey.
Honeyed lavender, citrus peel. This is a Chenin Blanc I’d bring to the beach in the heat, toss a football around, and introduce the bros to a wine that could rival, I hate to say it, a mango white claw. I mean it’s a great picnic wine, too. Or a cheese wine. But convincing bros to drink a Chenin Blanc is a challenge I will accept any day. Now if only I could get to a beach without having to wear a face mask.
It’s a bit on the sweeter side without the bubbles to round it out, but the tropical fruit notes are killer enough to hit the 9s. — 4 years ago
Literally the best of Oregon in a bottle. Tasted this initially in Philomath and brought a bottle home to PA. Tastes like a red, looks like a blush. Perfect balance and body. — 7 years ago

Had to capture the contrast between the cobalt blue sky and the lava lamp neon orange skin fermented wine. Reminiscent of a Jules Verne novel.
Oranges and apricots in the bouquet blend with honey bee pollen aromas.
Sips of this are sun kisses showering down from the skies as rays of refreshing , thirst quenching flavor.
Clementine surf on a spindrift of apricots cresting into a thyme undercurrent.
Despite having a considerable amount of sediment, which I allowed to diffuse into the elixir, I couldn’t detect much of the funky notes they warn you of. Just rounded out sips of pleasure and satisfaction.
Simply, simply love this. — 4 years ago
For a pinot this is good. — 5 years ago

Shade of rose: Orange-tinged, hazy, natural, salmon in the right light
Leafy, earthy, sage, limestone, grapefruit rind.
Grapefruit spindrift, quaffable, sagey, earthy, savoriness.
Effervescent but not super — grows on you with its drinkability — 10 months ago
