A clean nose of unsweetened blackberry jam with the faintest touch of vanilla.
Subtle fruits overlay each other, stacking. Honey crisp apple, dark berry fruit leather, pomegranate, Thai basil. Great balance within the fruit, acid, and oak. This is drinking very well right now. Yum. — 6 years ago
