This is a co-project of Chris Ringland called "Chihuahua." I can't begin to tell you how good this tasting was at Chris's house today. I'm sure my words will fall short. All of his wines today open & roll your eyes, raise your whole body language and make you feel like you just had a full body massage. This wine was so smooth, so elegant! Everything in harmony; structure, balance, length and balance. Warm; plums, blueberries, rhubarb, dark cherries, dark cherries, dates, figs, prunes, fresh & dry florals, soft warm spice in waves of layers, black tea and just the right amount of pepper with magnificent acid and finish. 4 years in wood. — 9 years ago
degustiamo lo champagne più venduto al mondo ma questa volta da un formato Magnum. Solita bollicina finissima , al naso lievito ma solo inizialmente , poi pera.. Fiori bianchi e gialli .. Crosta di pane , Brioche .. Sorso pieno , bocca cremosa , si fa masticare e invita al sorso successivo . Persistente . — 10 years ago
