Peres d'Origines Brut Champagne 2008

Delicious. Hazelnuts, almonds, fresh apricot and hints of blossoms on the nose. Palate mirrors, adding citrus elements with angular flavors and a verve of vinous energy and cut. — 7 years ago

Voyage 360 Brut Nature Champagne Blend

I needed a bubbly to celebrating finishing my WSET Diploma. At last! But until I could share with more people went with a budget friendly option and golly it is an overachiever. Dry as can be but it tastes of baked pear and honey but also fresh raw lemon squeezed over baguette. Quite complex and oh so delicate. A moody ballerina. — 4 years ago

Consilience

Santa Barbara County Grenache 2012

The Consilience Grenache is a Sanger family wine from the Santa Ynez Valley in beautiful Santa Barbara County. The alcohol number is a typical 14.5% abv.
There is a beautiful cherry nose here with lavender notes. A very floral palate also displays cherry with a leathery thing going on as well as coffee flourishes.
