Salty and nutty, meyer lemon. Touch sour mandarine. What’s not to like. 13.31%. Sadly this cuvée is not made any more. 😩. And prices have gone up for this stellar Oregon Chard expert. In fact they exploded! Not surprising one of his Chards did get 100 points. It’s great to find these gems/wineries before they take off. Orange tinged pale golden colour. Excellent pure nose of apricot, iodine and spices. Unctuous on the palate yet supported by a great backbone of acidity. Great depth of flavour and very satisfying length. A great wine by any standard. — 3 months ago
