This is KEW Organic London Dry Gin made from Botanicals from the Royal Botanic Gardens of Kew, London. Has aromas of coriander and pine needles amongst complex floral notes. The palate is spicy with cucumber ( I usually add Cucumber to Gin and Tonic but not on this occasion). Bottom line incredibly refreshing. — 9 years ago

Van Gough Vodka. Beautifully handcrafted bottles, containing a three times infused Dutch Caramel flavoured Vodka. I’m in heaven! Can make even a novice appear to be an expert cocktail mixologist. — 7 years ago
Unusual honey mead I got as a gift. I've read about mead & seen it in film. Definite honey flavor but not cloyingly sweet. Warms you on the inside. Really quite good! — 11 years ago

Light nose. First sip came in hot with a quick finish. With a few minutes of air it opened up a lot, smoother and noticeably longer. Wood and spice lead more than caramel for me. Finish is long and a bit drying, hits the tip of the tongue then sits in the cheeks. No real fruit showing on my palate. I’d prefer a bit more fruit or caramel to balance the structure. — 4 months ago
