Fully ripen plum, red cherry, hint of fresh leather aromas. Med body, med p acid, med p tannin, delicate but earthy bitterness. Drunk with chicken with rosotto ball. Delicate texture and structure forward wine. — 9 years ago

This is a Nebbiolo D'Alba - excellent testure, a classic. I had it with ravioli al plin and ragout and pickled onions from Ivrea. Highly recommended. — 8 years ago
