Dense yet smooth with impeccable balance. Full of energy. Firm polished tannins. The pairing of 14 days dry age Rohan duck was magnificent.

Some nights, simple is best.
I have always had a soft spot for blueberry-style wines, so this Mead based version is hitting my palate just great. Good acidity from the berries, beautiful and lightly translucent ruby color, pefect balance on the honey side, sweetness is just noticable. — 9 years ago
