Light Lemon in color with a green hue.

Light on the nose with metals, wild flowers and honey.

Medium sweet with tiny bubbles on the palate, and citrus, honey, peach, kiwi, papaya and petrol.

Medium bodied with high acidity that balances out the sweetness nicely.

Long finish with tropical fruits.

A Great dessert wine, sweet yet balanced.

Very interesting palate with all that bubbly and petroleum. Would pair well with spicy food too.
