A wine of processes, not necessarily place. Multiple grapes, picked at different times, some died fruit, some late harvest picked, some skin contact. This is such an exotic wine. Tangerine, dried apricots, with a brightness that is missing in wines that are dried and then pressed. Highly drinkable. This is a fun pairing wine.... — 6 years ago

2012. Perhaps my favorite medium body. The nose is of timber. Medium bodied. Smoky. — 7 years ago
A nerdy wine for sure. Small vineyard on a vertical slope. Good acidity and lower tannins make this a great food wine. Very good overall. — 9 years ago

Rare white grape, Nosiola, only found in Trentino. Waxy w hints of hazelnuts, lively acidity, super small family estate, direct import, 100% weird & wonderful! — 7 years ago

Pravis ‘Naran’ Solaris 2018: Medium-body. Balanced acidity. Fruity, aromatic nose & a crisp, soft taste. Citrus, apple, peach & minerals, ending with a nice dry finish. Any Solaris lovers out there? Who is familiar with this unique hybrid grape varietal? Glad I gave it a try! Will definitely seek other producers out. Great weekend to all! Cheers🍷 — a year ago
