Like liking a goat’s balls. Game, farmhouse funk. Earth. — 3 years ago
Belatedly and quietly. OK, good, but not quite together or nor aged enough. — 3 months ago
Dark ruby core with a garnet rim. The nose is full of aromas of dried cherry, violets, rose petals and leather. Dark cherry, cranberry and raspberry fruit flavors. Hint of black pepper on the short finish. Medium bodied with light tannins and mouth watering acidity. No evidence of oak aging. Basic “pizza wine,” but quite gulpable. Excellent QPR. — 3 months ago
Gorgeous nose. Boundless fresh roses and mid season cherry. Lithe, subtle yet vivid and so delicate. Just stunning. Carema is a wonderland. Soft, sweet and elegant with tart cherries and dusty tannins. A bit reserved now but it’s all there. Perfect balance here and astonishing length. So elegant and aristocratic. As it airs palate gets more opulent in the mid and the fruit slowly gains clarity and definition. More to come with air! Nose turns smokey and tarry now with air. Glorious spice. — a year ago
Medium ruby to purple in color; green peppercorns , cherries, and dried herbs on the nose; medium plus acidity; medium tannins; tastes like raspberries, plums, and bell peppers with a long fruity finish. Nellie says it's ok. I like it. Paired really well with a steak. — 3 months ago
Light on the nose. Hints of cherry. Pallet has fruity notes of plum, black cherry, and raspberries. Not too dry. Medium bodied. I’m seeing reviews saying they get spicy. I’m not picking that up. Not too acidic. — 4 months ago
Quite special. Brambly, but not rustic. Elegant, but not polished. Bright and dark red fruits. Depth and length, but balanced weight. Magically expresses all of Nielluccio’a elements. Approachable now and has the structure for ongoing aging. — 3 years ago

Deep ruby color. Smells like sugar cookies and honey. Taste is off dry and fruity. Enjoyable. — 5 days ago
