Oh my God, the aroma. Peaches, lemons, lychee, roses. Dry as a bone on the palate. Herby. Lime zest.  You think you’re about to drink something sweet but after each sip, you feel refreshed instead of disappointed. — 4 months ago

A nice example of traditional method from Styria region in Austria. Chardonnay (or Morillon, which is a local name) shows its best- aromas of green grass, citrus, flowers and green apple. The body is quite full for a Sekt, but with a typical aftertaste of apricot, peach, bread and yeast. — 6 years ago
