A la vista es granate tirando a ladrillo en los bordes; han pasado ya 23 años. En nariz es apagado al inicio, luego de algunas horas deja sentir aromas de fruta negra en compota y flores. En boca tiene claros sabores de fruta roja, sobre todo ciruela, y luego se despliegan notas de flores blancas, té de jazmín, regaliz y leves sabores licorosos. Hacia el final, con el tiempo, muestra su acidez en forma de cáscaras de lima y ciertos tonos oxidativos. En boca es equilibrado, noble. Fantástico. — 8 years ago

Ripe, jammy nose with a bit of soy sauce and ripe cherry. Elegant and aged flavors. Nice and tart with good tannins, but crisp and balanced as well. Leaves a vanilla, smokey-fruity linger that lasts and lasts. Dark. Dark color, dark flavors, dark feel. Almost port-like without the sweetness nor the alcohol kick.
