Siempre se dice que el mejor vino es el que más te gusta, me gustan frutados en nariz y en boca, con ligera sensación a madera, este malbec de Chile es uno de esos. En estos tiempos se come lo que uno encuentra, muchas veces exquisitos recalentados, acompañamos el Casillero del Diablo con espaguetis al ajo olio salpicados de romero, aceite de oliva y queso parmesano a discreción, se lució el malbec. Super oxy, big and oaky. Did not pair with baby spring veggies and aglio olio. Update day 2 & 3: big, bold, masculine, in your face wine that evolves extremely well over days. Starts off less enjoyable than it ends off. Interesting for sure. — 4 years ago

2020/5/24 with grilled ribeye, eringi with fennel, tarragon and chives, whitebait aglio olio and radicchio salad. This had a wonderful balance of taut structure and fruit intensity, while still remaining light and translucent. That, with the red fruit and spice nose, gave it an almost Burgundian feel - it was also quite distinct from the other Fay bottles. — 4 years ago
