Made out of Moorilla, this wine is some serious Tassie pinot. It's reductive, so let it breath. When she opens up it's smooooooth and toasty, gorgeous dark fruit, a touch of spice and a big finish. Good stuff! — 11 years ago

Tassie sparkling is kicking goals, 10yo and still quite youthful. The nose is a little reductive, lime blossom, lemon sherbet, white flowers and searing acid. Love it! — 12 years ago
