Trop fort en alcool pour mon goût — 4 years ago
Elegantly textured, multiple mineral facets, phenolic in a supportive way. Would love to see this age — 9 months ago
Dark, smokey, sauvage. No notes really, just delicious as hell with braised pork shoulder, flageolet, onion, carrot and harrissa — a year ago
Rich, earthy, pepper... a great bottle to share with an old friend. — 5 years ago
Dark cherry, charred kebabs on the grill, leather shop, rosemary, mayo on warm toast, hints of brown sugar on the nose. On the palate dark cherry and plum, char, pie spices, juicy mouthfeel with a tannic medium finish with lingering grill grease and pungent pepper spice. Very interesting Rhône-style blend from Languedoc — 10 months ago
