NV released in Aug 2023. Boiler makes great meads and this is one of them. Aromas are mostly floral from the wildflower honey while the flavors are both sweet and tart plum. No hint of the 15% abv. Happy New Year! — 2 years ago

Another impressive session mead from Nectar Creek. It's like a toss between a lovely hoppy beer, a mead and drizzles of natural honey in tea. The honey flavor is really bold and oh so pleasing with the fresh hop characteristics. Nice tiny bubbles keep it light and refreshing on the palate. Long, alluring, delicious finish. Meads were not a thing I craved until Nectar Creek came around. — 12 years ago

I've tried several BC meads over the years in all kinds of styles. Many are not to my taste. This is a style that I actually enjoyed though. A sparkler with not a ton of sweetness, but with a substantial mouthfeel. Really, where the honey comes through more than anywhere else is in the nose where it melts together with the fresh raspberries. Really, a fabulous "Made in BC" product. — 7 years ago
