I've tried several BC meads over the years in all kinds of styles. Many are not to my taste. This is a style that I actually enjoyed though. A sparkler with not a ton of sweetness, but with a substantial mouthfeel. Really, where the honey comes through more than anywhere else is in the nose where it melts together with the fresh raspberries. Really, a fabulous "Made in BC" product. — 6 years ago
