I've tried several BC meads over the years in all kinds of styles. Many are not to my taste. This is a style that I actually enjoyed though. A sparkler with not a ton of sweetness, but with a substantial mouthfeel. Really, where the honey comes through more than anywhere else is in the nose where it melts together with the fresh raspberries. Really, a fabulous "Made in BC" product. — 5 years ago

Amazing quality and value. Would be incredible if they tried out some late disgorgement. Tip: ignore the "Our meads do not benefit from aging" warning on the back. My experience has been quite different. — 9 years ago
