Very nice metodo classico sparkler. Pure chardonnay with lemonpeel, lime, mineral notes and very faint bready note. Small negative note as the bubbles could be tad nore refined to present more elegant mouthfeel. But for a price of a decent Prosecco this is still a winner. This is by far one of the best things I've ever tasted! So creative! A combination of my favorite things: almond and bubbly! At the Vineyard, they added a few drops of their raspberry liqueur. excellent as well, but perfect on its own! — 8 years ago
