2010 vintage. At 1947 restaurant, Cheval Blanc in Maldives. Medium ruby hue. Fabulous nuanced nose - crushed raspberry, fresh black cherry, floral and hints of leathery notes. Flinty stone minerality. Evolving in the glass. Very complex. In the palate, medium plus acidity, medium minus body, medium alcohol, medium minus fine tannins. Concentrated. Long long satisfying finish. Excellent. Although young drinking exceedingly well now. A great Lambrays. Drink now until 2027+. Note to self: pop and pour. No need to decant or leave in the glass too long. — 8 years ago

At Dyptique, Cheval Blanc Maldives. Not a huge amount on the nose. Creamy, ambrosia, no obvious florals. On the palate, off dry but creamy. Delicious. Rice pudding and cream notes - lovely texture and some obvious acidity. Long finish. Very enjoyable. — 8 years ago

Pale lemon, green apple, jack fruit, ocean - a good balance of minerals. Dry and refreshing but with some fruity pleasure. Welcome bottle by Soneva Fushi in Maldives. Enjoyed much. — a year ago
