Mac's "experimentation" with residual sugar is always fun to look at. I prefer the RS17 (residual sugar = 17 g/l) a little more, which kinda sits at the Kabinett region. Picked earlier than the RS8, it's quite lovely - precise with good texture. I guess the same can be said of RS8, but I just like the balance of the RS17 a little more. Interesting. — 6 years ago
