J’ai été surpris, fruits à chair blanches, note de banane, quand meme riche et gras. Pas le plus complexe mais j’ai bien aimé — 4 years ago

Twenty Mile Bench Pinot Noir 2006

All, including the winemaker we shocked at how much fruit still underlies the structure and bit of funk. Nice #wine, eh. — 10 years ago

Claystone Terrace Twenty Mile Bench VQA Chardonnay 2008

Thanks @eugene_vin for this bottle! Fleshy, rich Chardonnay, very Meursault-like in style w toasty nuts, floral & spice complexity. The intensity & ripe nature of the fruit flavours (vs subtlety) being one of its only signs of New World-ness. Yummy. — 9 years ago

Not an overtly powerful style, showing some restraint and elegance. White peach, lightly candied, and a deft touch of biodynamic note, an oxidised note leading to a touch of almond. Good chalky mineral style. Quite Jura like. Palate is medium bodied, smooth textured, medium acidity lending to some fatness. Good but lacking great depth. — 9 years ago
